This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app "Network+ 009 Exam Prep" (the "App") handles information.
The App works without any account or server connection. We do not collect any personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Study data — including your progress, answer history, bookmarks, and mock exam results — is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to an external server.
Study data stored on your device is used only to show your progress, analyze weak areas, and power the review features within the App.
The App does not share your study data with any third party.
The App does not use any analytics SDKs or tracking tools. No advertising SDK is included in the current version. If ads are introduced in a future version, this policy will be updated to describe what information any advertising partner collects.
Purchases of the Pro upgrade are processed through Apple's StoreKit, and payment information is handled entirely by Apple. The App never collects your credit card or other payment details.
You can delete all study data stored on your device at any time using "Reset Study Data" in Settings, or by deleting the App.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
