CloudOps Scenario Prep is an independent, no-subscription practice app for the AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer – Associate (SOA-C03) exam, built around monitoring, AWS CLI, incident response, recovery, and automation decisions.
A. First, quit the app completely and reopen it on a strong network connection, then try "Restore Purchase" in Settings or on the purchase screen. It restores correctly under the same Apple ID (since this is a one-time purchase, no further charge occurs). If it's still not unlocked, please contact us using the form below — including your purchase date helps us verify it quickly.
A. Yes — use "Restore Purchase" under the same Apple ID. Study history and progress are stored on-device only, so they do not transfer automatically to a new device.
A. Settings > Reset Progress Data, or delete and reinstall the app.
A. Enable the study reminder in Settings, and confirm notifications are allowed for this app under iOS Settings > Notifications.
