A+ Core 1 & 2 Exam Prep is a study tool that helps you prepare for both the CompTIA A+ Core 1 (220-1201) and Core 2 (220-1202) exams (V15 objectives), with troubleshooting labs, PBQ-style practice, and separate Readiness Scores for each core.
A. Try "Restore Purchase" from the Settings screen or the paywall screen. Purchases restore automatically under the same Apple ID. This is a one-time purchase — you will never be charged again, and there is no subscription to renew.
A. Yes — use "Restore Purchase" with the same Apple ID. Note that your study data is stored only on-device, so progress, bookmarks, and history will not carry over to a new device.
A. Go to Settings > Reset Study Data, or delete the App.
A. Turn on study reminders in Settings, and confirm notifications are allowed for this App under iOS Settings > Notifications. Reminders are only offered after you set a Study Plan — the App never requests notification permission on first launch.
A. No. The Readiness Score is a study indicator based on your practice history, coverage of official exam objectives, and performance on scenario and PBQ-style questions. It does not guarantee exam results.
