I purchased lifetime access, but it is not unlocked

Open Settings and choose Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase; it does not renew monthly.

Will my purchase transfer to a new device?

Yes. Install the App on the new device while signed in to the same Apple ID, then use Restore Purchase.

Will my study data transfer to a new device?

No. Answers, bookmarks, Mini Mock progress, and study-indicator data are stored locally on each device. The App has no account or cloud-sync feature.

Does the App access my Azure environment or run commands?

No. The Portal, Azure CLI, PowerShell, Bicep, networking, monitoring, and recovery exercises are display-only local learning simulations. The App does not request Azure credentials, connect to Azure, create resources, or execute commands.

Is this an official Microsoft exam app?

No. This is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. It does not contain actual exam questions or unauthorized exam dumps.
