Cloud Engineer Scenario Prep is a study tool that helps you prepare for the Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer certification exam, with a Console Task Lab, gcloud CLI Lab, Resource Hierarchy & IAM Lab, Networking Labs, Monitoring & Logging Lab, Incident Trainer, and Full/Mini Mock Exams.
A. Try "Restore Purchase" from the Settings screen or the paywall screen. Purchases restore automatically under the same Apple Account. This is a one-time purchase — you will never be charged again, and there is no subscription to renew.
A. Yes — use "Restore Purchase" with the same Apple Account. Note that your study data is stored only on-device, so progress, bookmarks, and history will not carry over to a new device.
A. We can't cancel purchases or issue refunds ourselves, because App Store payments are handled by Apple. You can request a refund from Apple: sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com and choose "Request a refund." Apple decides whether a refund is granted. For step-by-step instructions, see Apple's support article.
A. Go to Settings > Reset Progress Data, or delete the app.
A. No. The Readiness Score is a study indicator based on your practice history, coverage of the official Exam Guide, and performance on scenario-based questions and Cloud Labs. It does not guarantee exam results.

All questions, explanations, Console Task Lab scenarios, gcloud command exercises, and other lab content in this app are original content created independently for study purposes, based on the publicly available Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer Exam Guide. They are not reproductions of actual exam questions and are not exam dumps. Console and gcloud exercises are educational simulations only — the app never connects to or creates resources in a real Google Cloud account. If you notice an error, please let us know via the contact form below.
