A. First, quit the app completely and reopen it on a strong network connection, then try "Restore Purchases" in Settings. It restores correctly under the same Apple Account (since this is a one-time purchase, no further charge occurs). If it's still not unlocked, please contact us using the form below — including your purchase date helps us verify it quickly.
A. Yes — use "Restore Purchases" under the same Apple Account. Study history and progress are stored on-device only, so they do not transfer automatically to a new device.
