This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app "Part 107 Drone Pilot Prep" (the "App") handles information.
The App works entirely without an account or server connection. We do not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Your study data — progress, accuracy, bookmarks, and mock exam results — is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to an external server.
Data stored on your device is used only to show your study progress, analyze weak areas, and power the review features within the App.
The App does not share your study data with any third party.
The App does not use any analytics SDK or tracking tool. If advertising is introduced in a future version, this policy will be updated to disclose what information any advertising partner collects. No advertising SDK is included in the current version.
Premium unlock purchases are processed through Apple's StoreKit. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple; the App never receives or stores your credit card details.
You can delete all study data stored on your device at any time via "Reset Study Data" in Settings, or by deleting the App.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
This app is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration.
