This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app “Pocadex” (the “App”) handles your information.

1. Information stored on your device

The App stores the content you create on your device, including:

• Photos you take or import of your photocards (and the thumbnails generated from them)
• Your binders, pages, and card details (group / member / album names, status, notes, tags), and wishlist
• Custom stickers you create and your binder cover decorations
• App settings

This content is entered or created by you. The App does not require an account, name, email address, or sign-in.

2. iCloud backup

To help keep your collection safe, the App automatically backs up your data to your own private iCloud (Apple CloudKit) using your Apple ID. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple’s iCloud terms and privacy policy. The developer cannot access the contents of your iCloud data.

3. Photos

Photos are used only to create and display your card images inside the App. They are stored on your device and in your private iCloud as described above. They are not sent to the developer or to any third party.

4. No analytics, ads, or tracking

The App does not use any analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. It does not collect data for the developer and does not track you across other apps or websites.

5. Third parties

The App uses Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) for backup, stored in your own private iCloud account. No personal information is shared with any other third party.

6. Deleting your data

• On your device: delete cards or binders within the App, or delete the App, to remove local data.
